自2000年中非合作论坛机制启动以来,中非教育合作不断取得新进展和新突破,合作规模不断扩大、领域不断拓展、层次日益提升、形式和主体渐趋多元,双方在人力资源培训、留学生交流、校际合作、汉语教学等方面的合作成效显著。中非教育合作本着平等互利、共同发展的基本原则,增进了中非之间的相互了解与认知,有力地促进了高校能力建设和国际化程度,增强了中非高校服务社会经济发展的能力。

Abstract

Since the mechanism of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) was formed in 2000, China-Africa educational cooperation has obtained progress and breakthroughs. It is expanding in size and scope with the cooperative levels raised, forms and participants diversified. The cooperation has made remarkable achievement in human resource training, overseas student exchange, intercollegiate cooperation and Chinese language teaching, etc. Based on the principle of equality, mutual benefit and shared development, China-Africa educational cooperation has promoted mutual understanding and perceptions between the two sides, boosted forcefully each other's capacity building and internationalization of the universities and enhanced their capacity to serve their social and economic development.
