本文基于新能源汽车国家监测与管理平台2018年1月至2018年12月新能源私家车的相关运行数据，根据纯电动私家乘用车和插电式混合动力私家乘用车的特点，通过车型分布、上线率、日均行驶里程、快/慢充选择和故障报警核心问题等指标对比分析发现，目前纯电动私家乘用车的里程忧虑依然存在，综合新能源私家车推广量大和覆盖面广考虑，新能源私家车的电池安全问题应引起高度重视。
This report is based on the operation data of the National Monitoring and Management Platform for new energy private vehicles from January 2018 to December 2018. Features of pure electric private passenger vehicles and plug-in hybrid private vehicles are studied. Additionally，with comparisons of vehicle type distribution，on-line rate，average daily mileage，fast/slow charging selection and core problems of fault alarming，this section concludes that pure electric private vehicles still facerange anxiety problem. Considering large scale and wide popularity of new energy private vehicles，battery safety problems should be addressed.
