本文基于新能源汽车国家监测与管理平台2017年4月至2018年3月新能源专用车运行的相关数据（若有其他时间段，已进行备注说明），整理了中国新能源专用车的整车运行状态、故障分析、车辆使用习惯等，分析了我国新能源专用车整车的车型、配套电池与电机、里程、电耗和温度等分布情况，新能源专用车主要故障情况，以及不同用途和不同类型新能源专用车的日充电行为、实际续航里程和节能减排效果等。
based on the data related to the operation of new energy special vehicles between April 2017 and March 2018（if other time period is covered by this report，remarks have been made）provided by the National Monitoring and Management Platform for New Energy Vehicles，the full-vehicle operating status，failure analysis，vehicle usage habits and other aspects of China’s new energy special vehicles were sorted out and the distribution of new energy special vehicles’ types，necessary batteries and motors，range，power consumption and temperature in China，the major failure conditions of those vehicles as well as the daytime charging behaviors，actual range，emission reduction effect and other aspects of new energy special vehicles with different uses and types were analyzed in this paper.
