近年来，随着国家对新能源汽车进行补贴、免购置税等一系列扶持政策的出台，我国新能源汽车行业呈现蓬勃发展的态势。相关数据显示，截至2018年6月3日，我国新能源汽车保有量已突破200万辆，占全球新能源汽车全部保有量的50%左右。在新能源汽车快速发展的同时加强对其监测与管理是一个重要的命题，有鉴于此，我国建立了新能源汽车国家监测与管理平台，实施国家、地方、企业的三级管理。本报告基于新能源汽车国家监测与管理平台2017年4月至2018年3月新能源汽车运行的相关数据，系统分析了我国新能源汽车实时运行的整车运行状态、节能减排情况、用户使用习惯等，阐述我国新能源汽车技术发展及典型城市新能源汽车推广应用的特点，并针对性地提出了我国新能源汽车商业化运行的发展方向与建议。
as a series of supportive policies，such as subsidies and purchase tax exemption，for new energy vehicles has been carried out in recent years，the new energy vehicle industry in China is booming. Relevant data shows that by June 3，2018，the number of new energy vehicles in China has exceeded 2 million，accounting for about 50% of the total new-energy vehicles in the world. While the new energy vehicle industry develops rapidly，it is an important proposition to strengthen its monitoring and management. In view of this，China has established a national monitoring and management platform for new energy vehicles and implemented management at the national，local and enterprise levels. Based on the data related to the operation of new energy vehicles between April 2017 and March 2018 provided by the National Monitoring and Management Platform for New Energy Vehicles，this report systematically analyzes the full-vehicle operating status，emission reduction effect，user habits，etc.，in the real-time operation of new energy vehicles in China. This paper expounds development of the new energy vehicle technology in China and the characteristics of popularization and application of new energy vehicles in typical cities，and puts forward the development direction and suggestions for the commercial operation of new energy vehicles in China.
