直接融资市场的发展是金融市场发达程度的重要表现形式。股票市场和债券市场已经成为直接融资市场的两种最核心的载体。阿拉伯国家已经形成了以股票市场为主，债券市场为辅的金融市场格局。但是阿拉伯国家的债券市场无论是与其股票市场相比还是与其他国家债券市场相比，仍不够发达。本文试图从阿拉伯国家的股票市场和债券市场入手，分析阿拉伯国家直接融资市场良莠不齐的现状。
The development of direct financing market is an important manifestation of the level of development of financial markets. Stock and bond markets have become two of the most kernel carriers of direct financing market. The Arab countries have formed the structure of a stock market supplemented by a bond market. However，the bond market，if compared with the stock market or the bond market in other countries，is not fully developed yet. This paper starts from the stock and bond markets to analyze the direct financing market situation in the Arab countries.
