After the “Arab Spring”，unprecedented changes in the region hold the promise of improved living standards and a more prosperous future for the peoples of the Middle East and North Africa. However，despite the rapid economic recovery，economic development in the Arab region still facesserious challenges. In addition to structural problems such as significant dependence on oil industry，the lack of human resources，high unemployment rate，the crowding out effect in private sectors，the Arab countries are currently facingmore serious challenges such as political and judicial reforms.
