阿拉伯国家联盟（以下简称“阿盟”）是22个阿拉伯主权国家组织，在成立后的半个多世纪里，阿盟曾发挥过非常重要的组织和纽带作用，也曾一度名存实亡。2011年后，阿盟突然焕发活力，成为主导阿拉伯国家政局变化的重要地区力量。但阿盟内部的争夺使这个组织的表现前后矛盾，并不稳定，2013年的表现更是差强人意。

During the past half century from its establishment，the League has played a very important organizing and uniting role.
