In 2017，Egypt's anti-terrorism situation as a whole remained grim. Currently，there are still a number of terrorist organizations in Egypt，posing a great threat to its security situation. Despite the various anti-terrorism measures taken by the Sethi government，extremist groups still frequently launch terrorist attacks. Egypt still has a long way to go in the fight against terrorism，where challenges and opportunities coexist.
