On November 25，2020，Wanda Hotel Development Co.，Ltd. announced the completion of its property sale in Chicago，marking the sellout of Wanda Group’s overseas real estate. Wanda Hotel Development Co.，Ltd. was motivated to sell the asset to help Wanda Group repay its overseas interest-bearing debts. The Chicago sale is considered to improve the cash flow and profitability of Wanda Group significantly.
