作为重要的数字场景应用场所，随着数字技术的成熟和落地，城市的建设运行方式、经济结构都发生了重大改变。本报告从可持续发展视角，延续2019年的研究框架和方向，采用最新数据，对全球22个重要城市进行评估分析，研究结果表明，纽约仍是全球数字竞争力领先城市，中国城市数字竞争力逐步赶超，一些老牌欧洲城市数字竞争力发展相对滞后。
With the maturity and implementation of digital technologies，the construction and operation mode as well as the economic structure of cities，one of the important digital scene application scenarios，have experienced significant changes. This paper starts from the perspective of sustainable development，continues to adopt the research framework and direction of 2019，and evaluates and analyzes 22 important cities around the world with the latest data. The results indicate that，New York still leads other cities in the world in terms of digital competitiveness，China is gradually catching up with other countries in the field of digital competitiveness，and some old European cities lag behind in this regard.
