2020年暴发的新冠肺炎疫情席卷全球，越来越多的国家认识到，数字经济展现出的强劲韧性为疫后世界经济复苏提供了信心和动力，数字技术成为国际社会应对危机的重要力量。本报告基于2020年全球数字竞争力指数，采用最新数据对G20国家数字竞争力情况进行综合测评。结果显示，中、美两国继续引领G20国家数字化建设。进一步分析五个分项指数，美国在数字创新、数字经济和数字安全等方面均排名第一；中国在数字服务方面占据榜首，在数字创新和数字经济等方面均排名第二；韩国在数字治理方面排名领先。
The COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020 caught us all in the world. An increasing number of countries are aware that the strong resilience of digital economy in the face of the pandemic has provided confidence and impetus for post-pandemic social and economic recovery. Digital technology has become an important force in international response to the crisis. This paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation on digital competitiveness of G20 countries with the latest data on the basis of 2020 global digital competitiveness index. The results show that China and the United States continue to lead digital development of G20 countries. After a further analysis of five sub-indices，it’s found that the United States ranks first in terms of digital innovation，digital economy and digital security；China takes the top spot in digital services，and ranks second in both digital innovation and digital economy；South Korea ranks ahead in terms of digital governance.
