本研究采用问卷调查法，以了解广东省用户对政务小程序的使用体验及其影响因素。研究发现，政务小程序的用户偏年轻化，近八成用户使用政务小程序的时间已超过一年，其中四成用户的使用频率较高。在各类政务小程序中，警务和交通小程序的应用最为广泛。在使用动机上，追求便利和实用构成了政务小程序对用户的核心吸引力。总体而言，用户对政务小程序的评价较高，也愿意向他人推荐政务小程序。
Based on a survey of netizens in Guangdong province，this study attempts to describe the characteristics of the users of government official WeChat mini program and explores users’ perception and attitude toward mini program. Results indicate that the majority of government mini program users are young people；nearly 80% of users have used the government mini program for over one year and 40% of users use the government mini program frequently. Among all kinds of mini programs，police and traffic services are the most widely used programs. The results also show that users generally hold a positive attitude toward government mini program. They are also willing to recommend government mini program to others. Furthermore，perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are the main drivers for mini program adoption.
