网络舆论治理近年来成为政府关注的重要议题，舆论与公共事务及公共议题之间的密切关联催生了舆情产业。2019年，舆论治理相关思路和实践趋于成熟，在立法中，政府既希望能发挥舆论监督在特殊及专业领域的价值，回应公众关切议题，也将舆论视为政策沟通的手段，旨在以舆论引导畅达政令，同时明确对有害舆论的治理。执法上，除了约谈头部网络平台外，多部门也协作对有害信息开展删、堵行动，但以平台为核心构建正能量内容生态成为接下来舆论治理的方向。
Governance of internet public opinion has become an important issue in recent years. The close relationship between public opinion and public affairs and public issues spawned the rise of yuqing industry. In the year 2019，the practices of public opinion governance have matured. In legislation，the government hopes to give full play to supervision of public opinion in special and professional fields，thus as a respond to public concerns. However，more departmental rules and other regulatory documents try to regard public opinion as a means of policy communication. The government try hard to appear as a guide，to publicize policies，and to control the spread of harmful opinion. In law enforcement，in addition to inquiry the network platforms，multiple departments have also collaborated to delete and block harmful information. Working with platforms and building a positive energy content ecology will become the new direction of public opinion governance.
