2019年末，《网络信息内容生态治理规定》出台，标志着我国互联网信息内容治理上升至“生态”层面。从发展角度而言，无论是信息内容的生产者、生产与分发平台都出现了众多新特征。从信息内容、信息环境角度而言，结合2019年网络舆论热点事件与话题观察，也出现了一系列变化。与发展相随，信息污染、内容安全、网民素养等问题也对信息生态治理提出了新的挑战与思考。但也不能忽视，在信息技术、国家发展以及国际政治经济与社会形势等客观因素的作用下，我国网络信息生态也有众多趋势值得期待。
The introduction of the Regulations on Ecological Governance of Internet Information Content in 2019 marks that China’s Internet information content governance has risen to a new level. From the perspective of development，many new features have appeared in the producers，production and distribution platforms of information content. From the perspective of information content and environment，a series of changes have also occurred based on the observation of hot events and topics of network public opinion in 2019. Along with the development of the Internet，information pollution，content safety，netizen literacy and other issues also put forward new challenges and thoughts to the information ecological governance. What cannot be ignored is that，under the influence of objective factors，such as information technology，national development，international political economy and social situation，information ecology has shown a development trend in line with expectations.
