Puyang is a city nurtured by the Yellow River. Countless laudatory titles highlight the advantages of cultural resources of the Yellow River in Puyang，such as the Emperor Zhuanxu’s capital，the Emperor Shun’s hometown，the Capital City of Chinese Emperors，the Capital of Chinese Loong，the home of acrobatics in China，the home of filial piety in China，the second hometown of Confucius and the source of Family Name of Zhang，etc.. The Yellow River cultural system in Puyang is composed of different categories，such as cultural sites，farming culture，religious culture，folk culture，literature and art，red culture，filial piety，family name culture，etc.. Making full use of the cultural elements，Puyang tactfully integrated the stories behind the titles into today’s epidemic fighting，in the meantime，it strengthened the new pattern of top-level design，formulated “one core two belts four regions”. Thereafter，it accelerated post-epidemic recovery，formulated five projects and actively push forward the work of protection，inheritance and promotion of the Yellow River culture.
