Based on the construction of the Yellow River in recent years and keeping to the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin，Sanmenxia fully implemented the spirit of the speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinpin at the symposium on the September 18th of 2019 on ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin. Later，the whole city fully carried out the speech spirit made by Wang Guosheng，secretary of Henan provincial party committee on effectively implementing the national strategy，for which Wand stressed to quickly seize the opportunities of energizing the central region of Chinaand the ecological protection of the Yellow River basin. Since the October 2019，the leading group for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin in Sanmenxia has done the relevant research work for more than 20 times，keeping to “where are the advantages？what does scientific plan for？and how to operate efficiently？”. Sanmenxia has done effectively in inhering and promoting the Yellow River culture and innovating system and mechanism of high-quality development in many aspects including specifying four orientations and focusing on six respects. However，confined to not very economic basis and narrow development vision，the cultural construction of the Yellow River needs to be further improved in science and technology and digital aspects.
