本报告提出，随着“一带一路”倡议的推进，我国与共建“一带一路”国家的国际交流和经济贸易活动越发频繁，对多语种语言服务的需求不断增加。多语种语料库建设难度更大，但所能提供的语言资源和数据服务也更加丰富。语料库商业价值的挖掘可以借鉴信息技术领域的数据库贸易模式，数字版权贸易、信息咨询服务以及其他商业合作等都可以作为语料库商业价值呈现的形式，同时商业价值的挖掘也会反过来促进语料库建设的进一步提升。
“The Belt and Road” has improved our international communication and trade activities more frequent，and the demand for multilingual language services has been increased. It is more difficult to construct a multilingual corpus，and it can provide more language resources and data services. The business value mining of corpus can draw lessons from the digital database trade mode，digital copyright trade，information consulting service，and other business cooperation in the field of information technology. At the same time，the commercial value mining can also promote the further improvement of corpus construction.
