The COVID-19 has not only caused an impact on the development of China’s cultural trade,but also brought development opportunities. This article believes that Chinese cultural trading companies should seize the current major opportunity of the development of the digital economy,vigorously strengthen digital technology R&D and innovation,and promote the development of digital cultural trade. In the face of negative international public opinion,Chinese cultural trading companies should talk about China’s resistance to spread the voice of China. Besides,the relevant departments should issue special funds for cultural trade enterprises to help cultural trade enterprises overcome difficulties under the normalization of Pandemic prevention and control as soon as possible. Chinese cultural trade enterprises should make good use of the huge resources of the domestic cultural market to reduce the negative impact of the sudden drop in external cultural consumption demand.
