At present,a new round of technological and industrial revolution accelerates the speed of economic development. New technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and the Internet of Things have become a new engine that has deepened the digitization of cultural trade. And new forms of digital cultural trade have emerged. In 2020,the new pandemic COVID-19 has spread around the world,which has a huge impact on the traditional international trade in services. However,the digital cultural trade in the era of digital technology has ushered in new development opportunities. In this paper,we analyzed the development tendency and the international pattern of the streaming media,online education,mobile games,digital music and digital tourism areas under the impact of COVID-19. We will put forward the corresponding Chinese strategies of digital cultural trade development facing the coexistence of opportunities and challenges. In the post pandemic era,we should accelerate the optimization and upgrading of digital cultural services,actively participate in the formulation of international rules for digital trade,and promote the gradual opening of digital cultural trade policies.
