The deepening social fragmentation is one of the factors behind America’s worsening political polarization. Claiming Anglo-Saxon Puritanism，blind trust of free-market welfare，and slogan of “America First”，social policies of Trump in 2019 focused on tightened immigration policies，actions on Drug Addiction，reducing budget of social safety net，etc. The worsening wealth gap，racial and ideological conflicts brought about various social problems and social movements. In this sense，Trump’s social policies didn’t improve social divisions. As a matter of fact，a great portion of the American public believes that the current economic and social policies are helping the rich rob the middle class and the poor. Under this circumstance，the social fragmentation and social inequality will last incoming years.
