区域环境治理一体化是区域环境治理合作的重要机制。本文比较国际都市圈形成以来不同阶段的环境问题和环境战略，对巴黎大都会区环境治理经验和教训进行总结，探索巴黎大都会区环境治理一体化的实现路径与效果，并从水污染治理、大气污染治理和环境管理三个方面提出对我国以上海为中心的长三角地区环境治理合作的启示，以期为长三角各地方政府及环保部门提供参考。
