太湖流域河流生态系统健康评价——以东苕溪流域为例(2009~2014)

太湖流域地跨江苏、浙江、上海两省一市,是我国人口密度最大、工农业生产最发达、国内生产总值和人均收入增长最快的地区之一。2007年5月底爆发太湖水危机后,经过各方共同努力,太湖治理初见成效,饮用水安全得到有效保障,水环境质量稳中趋好,但太湖治理长期仅注重水质指标改善,却忽视了水生态系统健康和生物多样性保护。东苕溪是太湖主要入湖河流之一,近年来,人类活动加剧了流域水环境的恶化,导致太湖鱼类多样性减少,群落结构简单化。本文以东苕溪河流健康为研究对象,在鱼类多样性及鱼类栖息地类型和环境胁迫因子等专题研究的基础上,构建了基于鱼类生物完整性指数(F-IBI)的评价方法,并通过实地调查、筛选和赋值确立了适合该地域的评价指标体系。通过在流域尺度上的实际应用,证明该指标体系可以作为一种通用工具应用于太湖流域不同类型河流的生态健康评价。

Abstract

The Taihu lake basin span across Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai,it is one of the most densely populated,well developed in agricultural and industrial production,GDP and per capita income of the fastest growing regions in China. After the outbreak of Taihu lake water crisis,in the end of may,2007,joint efforts were taken to Taihu governance and it achieved initial results.,the safety of drinking water were effectively ensured and the water environmental quality was improved. The government just concern about water quality index for a long time,but ignored the aquatic ecosystem health and biodiversity protection. East Tiaoxi River is one of important rivers into the Taihu Lake,intensified human activities in recent years resulting in river basin water environment deterioration,Taihu lake fish diversity declination and community structure simplification. in this paper,River health of East Tiaoxi River Basin was as the research object,on the foundation of fish and fish habitat types diversity research and their relation with environmental stress factors,index evaluation method based on fish biological integrity index (F - IBI) was presented,and through the field investigation,selection and assignment,a suitable evaluation index system of the region was established. Through practical application on river basin scale,the index system has proved that it can be used as a common tool in different types of river ecosystem health evaluation of Taihu lake basin.
