Therefore,from the perspective of national strategy of Yangtze River Delta integration and based on the necessity,connotation,construction status and characteristics of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta environmental third-party governance service market,this paper firstly scientifically measures the influencing factors of the integration of the development of the Yangtze River Delta environmental third-party governance service market. Secondly,through the analysis of the root causes of these factors,found that the long triangle environment management of third party service market integration need to environmental governance service standards,regional environmental cooperation governance mechanism,the regional environmental law enforcement supervision for reform of the three factors,which affect the regional market behavior,including the construction of Yangtze river pollution discharging standard and the service standard recognition mechanism,explore the environment third-party governance cooperative governance mechanism,plural construction unity in Yangtze River Delta regional environmental regulatory enforcement procedures such as construction path. Finally,based on the integrated construction path of the third-party environmental governance service market in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper believes that the integrated development of the third-party environmental governance service market in the Yangtze River Delta needs to be promoted from the regional and local levels of Shanghai. At the local level,Shanghai should play its role in exploring the source of green technology,building a platform for trade in services,coordinating regional affairs,and serving and promoting the construction of an integrated market system for environmental third-party governance in the Yangtze River Delta.
