数字经济的大发展迫切要求数字治理的大变革。目前我国数字经济发展较快，但数字治理还存在一些制度缺失和短板，数字治理落后于数字经济发展步伐。完善我国数字治理要抓好开放、改革、创新、安全四个关键词，妥善处理好开放与安全、创新与监管、发展与治理等重要关系，对标国际高标准数字规则，聚焦我国数字治理中存在的短板和问题，统筹设计制度方案，努力提升我国数字治理能力，推动我国数字经济高质量发展。
The great development of digital economy calls for the great change of digital governance. At present，China’s digital economy is developing rapidly，but there are still some institutional deficiencies and shortcomings in digital governance，and digital governance lags behind the development of digital economy. To improve China’s digital governance，we should focus on the four key words of opening up，reform，innovation and security，handling the important relationships between openness and security，innovation and supervision，development and governance. We should also benchmark international high standard digital rules，focus on the shortcomings and problems in China’s digital governance，and design the system plan as a whole，which can improve China’s digital governance capacity and promote the high-quality development of China’s digital economy.
