近年来，成都综试区破解内陆城市跨境电商产业发展困局，跨境电商规模持续增长，已跻身全国跨境电商第一梯队城市。在发展跨境电商新业态的过程中，成都市创新探索出“产业公共服务体系”驱动模式，搭建以产业地标、公服平台、行业组织“三驾马车”为核心架构的产业公共服务体系，联动构建产业护航政策、金融、信用、统计“四大体系”，并将跨境电商深度融入现代商贸产业生态圈，形成了独具特色的“成都模式”。未来三年，成都综试区将通过市场主体、产业要素、公共服务资源、产业业态的协同发展，打造具有高度参考价值的新经济发展模式。

Chengdu has become the first-tier city in China. In the process of developing new models of cross-border e-commerce，Chengdu has innovatively explored the driving mode of public industrial service system，built a public industrial service system with “three carriages” as a core architecture：industry landmark，public service platform and industry association，it also linked to “four systems” with industrial policies，finances，credits and statistics.
