2012年，我国金融投资市场的法律环境在总体上保持稳定，同时有若干法律制度发生变化。在投资和金融市场出台了一系列改革措施，放松了对金融和投资业务的管制，完善了资本市场的法律制度环境。在房地产市场，继续坚持严格的房地产宏观调控政策，完善了相关的制度和措施。在此，我们总结了直接投资、金融、商业地产投资法律环境在2012年发生的主要变化，并对相关法律环境的变动趋势进行了分析和展望。
Legal environment of investment market kept steady on the whole in 2012, though several legal institutions changed over the year. In the investment and financial markets, a tide of deregulations made the institutions of those areas loosened and improved. In the real estate markets, the government continued to implement the strict macro-control policies. We summarize the main change of legal environment of direct investment, finance and commercial property in 2012, and forecast the relevant trends of change.
