2012年我国固定资产投资增速先降后升，全年增长20。6%。各地、各行业固定资产投资增速依然存在差异，战略性新兴产业投资增长较快，制造业投资增长平稳，基础设施投资提速明显。固定资产投资资金来源中，国家预算内资金增长较快，国内贷款增速稳定，利用外资持续萎缩。预计2013年固定资产投资增速不会有较大回升，料在20%左右，GDP增长可能在8%左右。
Since the beginning of 2012, the growth rate of Fixed Assets Investment(FAI) went up first, and then went down; the annual investment growth rate recorded at 20.6%. The FAI growth rates varied in industries, the FAI in the strategic new industries grew rapidly. The manufacturing investment growth rate was stale. The infrastructure investment increased steadily. For sources of funding, the state budget grew rapidly; the domestic loans went up steadily, the foreign investment shrunk. It is estimated that the growth rate of FAI would be about 20% in 2013.
