资产证券化在我国处于飞速发展阶段，已逐渐成为实体经济盘活存量的主要融资手段。中建投信托参与了全国首单中国银行间交易商协会中小企业专项知识产权资产支持票据（AssetBackedNotes，ABN）项目，底层资产是新兴产业中传统低信用评级的企业，但通过创新性引入担保机构，实现了资产证券化产品的高信用评级，对于信托公司向资产证券化转型布局有重要意义。
Asset Backed Securitization（ABS） has gradually become the main financing means for the real economy to revitalize the stock，and it is in the stage of rapid development in China. The JIC Trust has participated in the first ABN project of intellectual property rights for small and medium-sized enterprises. The underlying assets are traditional low credit rating enterprises in emerging industries. However，through the innovative introduction of guarantee agencies，it has achieved high credit rating of ABN products. It is of great significance for trust companies to transform into financial services.
