工业互联网开放、互联、跨域的特点，打破了以往相对明晰的责任边界，带来了更加多元、复杂的信息安全挑战。国际上，美国、德国等发达国家通过完善安全顶层设计，发布安全框架，成立产业联盟，发挥企业主导作用，从源头上提升工业互联网安全水平。我国基本与发达国家同步启动工业互联网建设，但现阶段安全保障能力仍相对薄弱，成为制约我国工业互联网迈向更高发展水平的主要短板之一。建议未来我国从体制机制、政策标准、能力建设、产业发展、人才培养等方面综合施策，筑牢工业互联网安全防线。
The open，interconnected and cross-domain features of the Industrial Internet have broken the previously relatively clear boundaries of responsibility，bringing more diverse and complex information security challenges.Internationally，the United States，Germany and some other developed countries are committed to strengthening the top-level design，releasing security framework，establishing consortiums to stimulate the impetus of enterprise sectors，thus promoting cybersecurity of Industrial Internet at source.Even if China can keep up with international development in Industrial Internet，its current capability of ensuring cybersecurity remains a bottleneck，which in some ways will restrict the development of Industrial Internet in China.In the future，China should take a set of comprehensive measures，such as institutional mechanism，policy and standards，technical capability，industrial promotion and personnel training and so forth，to ensure a safe，secured and trusted Industrial Internet.
