工业大数据泛指工业领域产生、采集、传输、处理、使用的海量数据，已成为提升制造业生产力、竞争力、创新力的关键要素，是驱动工业互联网创新发展的引擎。随着世界各国积极推动工业大数据发展，全球工业大数据技术产业快速发展，同时带来了日益突出的工业大数据安全问题，亟须高度重视。我国《网络安全法》《深化“互联网+先进制造业”发展工业互联网的指导意见》等法规政策提出数据保护的相关举措，是目前指导开展工业大数据安全工作的主要依据，但当前我国工业大数据安全还存在顶层设计不完善、责任落实不到位、技术手段缺乏、产业支撑能力薄弱等突出问题，加快提升工业大数据安全保障能力迫在眉睫。
Industrial big data generally refers to the mass data generated，collected，transmitted，processed and used in the industrial field. It has become the key factor to enhance the productivity，competitiveness and innovation of manufacturing industry，and it is the engine to drive the innovation and development of industrial Internet. With the world actively promoting the development of industrial big data，the global industrial big data technology industry has developed rapidly. At the same time，it has brought more and more prominent problems of industrial big data security，which need to be paid great attention to urgently. The relevant measures of data protection are put forward in “Network Security Law” and “Guidelines for Deepening the Development of Industrial Internet by” Internet+Advanced Manufacturing Industry”，which are the main basis for guiding the work of industrial big data security at present. However，there are still some outstanding problems in China’s industrial big data security，such as imperfect top-level design，inadequate responsibility implementation，lack of technical means，weak industrial support capacity，etc. It is urgent to speed up the enhancement of industrial big data security capability.
