保障城市安全是智慧城市建设的应有之义。2015～2016年，新一代信息技术在城市安全领域的应用程度加深。传统基础设施防护在感知设施部署和立体化信息网络集成的基础上，实现智能化创新突破。以工控安全为着力点的生产安全成为城市安全领域新热点。与此同时，2016年全球城市治安反恐形势严峻，城市信息安全领域风险加大，国内外智慧城市在公共安全保障和网络空间安全维护方面纷纷加强应对。
To ensure the safety of city is something inherent in smart city construction. From 2015 to 2016，the application of the new generation of information technology has been deepened in the field of urban safety. The protection of traditional infrastructure has achieved innovative breakthrough，on the basis of the deployment of perception facilities and information network integration. Production safety，represented by the industrial safety has become a hot topic in the urban security areas. Meanwhile，with the global anti-terrorism situation increasingly grim and the risks in information security increased，a number of countries has strengthened the response to the public safety and cyberspace security.
