为深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于制造强国和网络强国的战略部署，2017年以来，我国开展了一系列意识教育与人才培养工作，包括《工业控制系统信息安全防护指南》（以下简称《防护指南》）大范围宣贯、工业控制系统信息安全（以下简称“工控安全”）教育培训积极开展、工业信息安全技能大赛成功举办、全国工控安全技术人员集中实训等。这一系列工作为进一步普及工控安全意识、有效提升工业信息安全知识技能、培养我国工业信息安全人才队伍打下了扎实基础。
