随着新一代信息技术与制造业的深化融合，工业互联网已成为新工业革命的关键支撑，工业互联网安全成为推进制造强国和网络强国建设的重要前提和保障。近年来，美、德等发达国家多措并举，从促进行业发展、制定战略标准、提升技术能力等方面部署工业互联网安全相关工作。我国高度重视工业互联网安全，于2017年11月发布《关于深化“互联网+先进制造业”发展工业互联网的指导意见》，明确提出将安全作为工业互联网的三大功能体系之一，要求坚持工业互联网安全保障手段同步规划、同步建设、同步运行，加快建立完备可靠的工业互联网安全保障体系。
With the deepening integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry，the industrial Internet has become the key support for the new industrial revolution，and industrial Internet security has also become an important prerequisite and guarantee for building a powerful nation on both manufacturing and internet. In recent years，the developed countries such as the US and Germany have carried out many initiatives simultaneously，to guarantee the industrial Internet security from the aspects of formulating strategic standards，enhancing technical abilities and promoting industry development. China attaches great importance to the safety of industrial Internet，in November of 2017，the State Council issued “Guidance to Deepen the Development of Industrial Internet of‘Internet plus Advance Manufacturing Industry’”，the guidance clearly suggests that security is one of the three major functional systems of the industrial Internet，and requires that we should adhere to the industrial Internet security means，including synchronous planning，synchronous construction and synchronous operation，and accelerate the establishment of a security system for the reliable industrial Internet.
