The government has played a pioneering role in the wave of digital transformation. E-government evaluations conducted by the United Nations,Waseda University of Japan-International CIO Society, and the European Union show that global e-government is moving toward a higher level of development. The application of digital technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and blockchain in government departments is deepening, and the level of government intelligence is increasing. At the same time, governments attach more importance to data resources, but the traditional leading countries in open government data have declined. Some platformized and componentized tools are becoming more and more popular, promoting the steady development of global government digital services.
