数字经济测度已经成为有关国际组织和主要国家的研究重点。本报告梳理了近一年来，国际货币基金组织（IMF）、二十国集团（G20）和经合组织（OECD）等国际组织关于数字经济测度的研究报告，全面介绍了OECD《衡量数字化转型》中提出的数字经济测度指标体系及其测度结果。此外，本报告还对《衡量数字化转型》中我国相关结果进行了详细地分析，归纳总结了数字经济测度工作启示，以期为我国建立数字经济测度指标体系提供参考和借鉴。
Today，digital economic measurement has become the research focus in international organizations and major countries. This article reviews the research reports of the past year on measuring the digital economy released by international organizations including the International Monetary Fund （IMF），the Group of Twenty （G20），and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development （OECD）. Also，it comprehensively introduces the measurement frameworks and key results of OECD’s “Measuring the Digital Transformation”. In addition，it analyzes China’s performance in the “Measuring the Digital Transformation”，summarizes the enlightenment of the digital economic measurement work，and provides guidance on measuring the digital economy in China.
