In the course of implementation，E-Commerce Law will play an important role in promoting the innovation of the regulatory institutions，the compliance of the e-commerce business and clarifying the governance pattern of the platform. But there are still some difficulties in the application of platform responsibilities. In the future，E-Commerce Law should be constantly improved during its implementation，always keep pace with times，realize the simultaneous development with technologies and business models，and become the “living law” to guide the dynamic practice of e-commerce.
