智慧交通是智慧城市建设的重要组成部分，在云计算、物联网、大数据、移动互联网不断发展的背景下，智慧交通成为解决交通拥堵、安全及能耗等问题的重要手段。本报告在智慧交通概念的基础上，对政府或地方出台的智慧交通相关政策与规划进行梳理，总结了中国智慧交通在公路交通、水运交通、城市道路交通和综合交通等方面的发展现状。针对中国智慧交通的热点应用，重点深入阐述了智慧交通在全出行链交通信息服务、自动驾驶、智慧公路、智能公交等方面的应用情况及支撑技术。最后从车联网和自动驾驶应用、交通大数据、精细化交通管理、信息服务等方面对中国智慧交通发展趋势进行了分析。
Intelligent transportation is an important part of smart city. With the development of cloud computing，internet of things，big data and mobile internet，intelligent transportation has become an important means to solve traffic congestion，safety issues，energy consumption and other problems. On the basis of describing the concept of intelligent transportation，this paper enumerates the relevant policies and plans of intelligent transportation issued by the government or local authorities. Then，the current status of intelligent transportation in areas of highway，waterway，urban road and comprehensive transportation are proposed. Aiming at the hot topics，this paper elaborates the applications and supporting technologies of intelligent transportation on information services in the whole travel chain，automatic driving，intelligent highway and public transport. Finally，the tendency of intelligent transportation in China is analyzed in terms of connected and automatic vehicle，traffic big data，smart traffic management and comprehensive information services.
