2018年以来，中国信息技术产业沿着供给侧结构性改革这一主线，产业整体规模稳步扩大，重点领域投资显著加速，创新能力持续增强。面向未来，中国信息技术产业发展仍将面临快速密集的技术创新机遇、新兴的内外部市场机遇、信息技术应用融合机遇等三大机遇，也存在国际经济不确定性升温的外部挑战和产业动能不足的内部隐忧。为破解产业发展难题，切实推进产业高质量发展，建议紧抓核心技术创新、加速产业生态构建、推动发展能力升级、强化人才梯队培育、瞄准合规能力建设，致力于将信息技术产业打造成为国家战略布局的先锋队、经济发展的主力军、技术创新的领航者。
Since 2018，China’s information technology industry has taken up the principal line of supply-side structural reforms. The overall scale of industry has expanded steadily，the investment of key fields has accelerated significantly，and the capacity for technology innovation has been continuously improved. Looking into the future，China’s information technology industry will continue to face three opportunities：rapid and intensive technological innovation opportunities，new internal and external market opportunities，and information technology application integration opportunities. However，there are also external challenges of increasing international economic uncertainties and internal worries of insufficient industrial kinetic energy. In order to solve the problem of industrial development and effectively promote the high-quality development of the industry，we should focus on core technology innovation，accelerate the construction of industrial ecology，promote the capacity，strengthen the cultivation of talents，aim at compliance development，and devote to building the information technology industry into a vanguard of the national strategic layout，the main force of economic development，and the leader of technological innovation.
