5G作为新一代信息通信技术的发展方向，对于构建万物互联的网络基础设施，加速人工智能、大数据与实体经济深度融合，支撑我国数字经济实现高质量发展意义重大。全球主要国家均将5G作为优先发展的战略领域。本报告以5G的概念及内涵为出发点，概括了5G技术与标准的整体进展情况，分析了5G技术路线、网络演进趋势及全球主要国家的5G商用情况，论述了5G对经济社会的影响及对我国经济价值的贡献。
As the new generation of information and communication technology，5G plays an important role in building network infrastructure of internet of things，promoting the deep integration of Internet，Big Data，AI with the real economy，and supporting the high-quality development of industry. 5G is a strategic area for priority development in the leading countries around the world. This paper summarizes the progress of 5G technologies and standards，analyzes 5G technology route，network evolution trends and 5G commercial status of major countries around the world，discusses the impact of 5G on the economy and society and its economic contribution to China.
