美国在西太地区拥有军事基地，一直保持军事存在，又有日、韩、菲、泰等军事盟友和伙伴，在我周边的影响力举足轻重。自特朗普执政以来，美国对华政策日趋强硬。美国大选年新冠肺炎疫情的暴发加剧了中美战略博弈，使得中美关系进一步恶化。在中美战略博弈日益加剧的大背景下，美国加紧在我周边构筑遏制中国的战略阵线。不仅如此，特朗普政府对华全面施压，在诸如台湾、香港、新疆、西藏和南海等涉及中国国家主权和领土完整的问题上不断干预中国内部事务，从而使得中美关系高度紧张。未来美国不会轻易放弃牵制和围堵中国，将成为影响中国边疆安全治理难以忽视的因素，值得我们高度关注。

Since Trump took office，the US policy towards China became increasingly tough. The outbreak of COVID-19 in the US election year intensified the strategic game between China and the US，further worsening China-US relations. In the context of increasingly intensified strategic game between China and the United States，the United States intensified its efforts on building a strategic front around China. Moreover，the Trump administration implemented a policy of extreme pressure on China and constantly interfered in China’s internal affairs on issues concerning China’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity，such as Taiwan，Hong Kong，Xinjiang，Tibet and the South China Sea，thus causing high tension in China-US relations. In the future，the United States will not give up containing China easily. It will become an invisible factor affecting the security management of China’s border areas，which deserves our high attention.
