作为城市街区公共空间复兴的先行者，巴塞罗那在19世纪中叶采纳了塞尔达的城市扩展区的规划方案，构建了整个城市“棋盘形”的网格平面格局；21世纪初，巴塞罗那创新性地提出了“创新街区”的概念；近年来，“超级街区”的新概念又强势涌现，拥有悠久城市发展历史的巴塞罗那再次为世界提供了新型的城市发展模式。本报告通过对《巴塞罗那城市交通规划（2013～2018）》进行系统梳理，力图探究超级街区规划的内在本质，进而对中国的城市建设提出政策建议。
As the forerunner of the revitalization of public spaces in urban blocks，Barcelona adopted the planning scheme of Cedar’s urban expansion area in the middle of the 19th century，which laid the grid plane of the chessboard shape of the whole city；in the early 21st century，Barcelona innovatively proposed the concept of “innovative district”；and recently，the new concept of “superblock” has emerged strongly. Barcelona，which has a long history of urban development，once again provided the world with a new urban development model. This paper systematically sorts out the “Urban Mobility Plan of Barcelona 2013-2018”，trying to explore the inherent nature of superblock planning，and then proposes suggestions for China’s urban construction.
