《多伦多公共艺术战略(2020~2030)》聚焦创造力、社区和无处不在三大战略,提出了以公共艺术激发城市活力的十年计划。本报告基于该战略重点梳理了公共艺术的内涵、多伦多市已经实施的三项公共艺术计划,以及基于三大战略提出的21项具体行动。在此基础上,提出针对中国城市公共艺术发展的建议:系统的公共艺术规划、管理和运作机制,多样化表达的公共艺术形式,积极多元的公共艺术参与主体,无处不在的公共艺术承载空间。
The Toronto Public Art Strategy(2020-2030)sets out a ten-year plan focus on creativity,community and everywhere to strengthen the City’s commitment to public art. Based on the strategic report,this article introduces what is public art,the city of Toronto’s three public art programs,and the 21 action plans for the vision of creativity,community and everywhere. Then puts forward 4 suggestions for the development of urban public art in China:systematic public art planning,management and operation mechanism,diverse expressions of public art forms,active and diverse public art participants,ubiquitous public art space.
