自叙利亚危机爆发以来，中国推动政治解决叙利亚问题的努力从未停歇。一方面，中国始终坚持政治解决叙利亚问题的基础原则；另一方面，在危机的不同阶段中国解决叙利亚危机的实践与主张又有所区别。中国应对叙利亚危机的政策呈现出阶段化特征。随着叙利亚局势的趋稳及国家重建提上日程，中国以政治对话为基础、经济合作为重点、人道主义援助为辅助等方式积极参与叙利亚重建。2019年叙利亚问题发生较大变化，中国对叙政策随之调整，在坚持“叙人主导、叙人所有”原则的同时，支持通过多边途径解决叙利亚问题；在深化政治互信的同时稳步推进中叙之间在各领域的交往和合作。
Since the outbreak of the Syrian crisis，China’s efforts to promote a political solution to the Syrian problem have never stopped. On the one hand，China has always adhered to the principle basis of a political solution to the Syrian problem；On the other hand，China’s practice and proposition of resolving the Syrian crisis at different stages of the crisis have been different，and China’s policy to deal with the Syrian crisis has been characterized by a phased approach. In the new situation，China’s policy towards Syria has been adjusted accordingly. The Chinese government，while accelerating the political settlement of the Syrian crisis，advances counter-terrorism and economic reconstruction in parallel，while upholding the principle of “Syrian-led，Syrian-owned” while supporting a multilateral solution to the Syrian issue and steadily advancing exchanges and cooperation in various fields while deepening political mutual trust.
