2019年，越南继续大力加强交通基础设施建设，保持交通运输行业高速发展，采取措施预防和减少交通事故，出台文件引导交通运输行业服务经济民生。在通信信息领域，越南取得全面进步。邮政系统积极参与一站式行政服务中心建设；电信行业试点铺开5G网络，信息技术产业提出了“越南制造”的目标，网络信息安全越来越受到重视。
In 2019，Vietnam continued to strengthen the construction of transport infrastructure，maintained rapid development in transport sector，took measures to prevent and reduce traffic accidents，and issued documents to guide the transport sector to serve the economy and people’s livelihood. Vietnam has also made overall progress in the field of communications and information. The postal system actively participated in the construction of one-stop administrative service center. The telecom industry has piloted 5G networks，the information technology industry proposed the goal of “make in Vietnam”，and network information security raised more concerns.
