2019年，受干旱、海水倒灌等自然灾害以及非洲猪瘟、禽流感等疫病的影响，越南农业经历了历年来较低水平的增长速度。一些农产品产量下降，部分主要农产品出口增速放缓。但由于2019年越南一系列贸易协定的签署和生效，也给越南农业发展带来新机遇。随着越南政府不断加大对农业的投资和扶持力度，越南农产品生产、农产品贸易，尤其是农产品出口前景仍较为乐观。
In 2019，Vietnam’s agriculture has experienced a relatively low growth rate over the years due to the impact of natural disasters，such as drought and seawater flooding，as well as animal diseases of African swine fever and bird flu. Also，the yield of some agricultural products decreased and the export growth of some major agricultural products slowed down. However，the signing and effect of a series of trade agreements in 2019 brings new opportunities for Vietnam’s agricultural development. With the increasing investment and support from the Vietnamese government to the agricultural industry，the prospects of Vietnam’s agricultural production，trade and especially export of agricultural products are still relatively optimistic.
