2019年中国核燃料循环产业研究

核燃料循环产业是核能发展的大动脉,一般以反应堆为界限,分为核燃料循环前段(铀矿勘查、铀矿采冶、铀纯化转化、铀浓缩、燃料元件制造)及核燃料循环后段(乏燃料后处理、放射性废物处理处置)。2019年,我国核燃料产业生产运行保持稳定,科技研发取得积极进展,竞争力不断提升,核燃料产业科研生产活动安全、受控。其中天然铀找矿取得重要进展,铀矿采冶工艺水平进一步提升,铀转化能力进一步巩固,新一代铀浓缩设备研制稳步推进,乏燃料后处理科研有序推进,高放废物处置科研能力建设取得突破。核燃料循环产业发展为核电发展提供了更坚实的基础。

Abstract

The nuclear fuel cycle industry is the major part for the development of nuclear energy,including uranium exploration,uranium mining and smelting,uranium purification and conversion,uranium enrichment,fuel element manufacturing,spent fuel reprocessing,radioactive waste treatment and disposal. In 2019,the production and operation of China’s nuclear fuel industry remained stable,positive progress was made in scientific and technological research and development,competitiveness continued to improve,and research and production activities in the nuclear fuel industry was safe and controlled. Significant progress has been made in natural uranium prospecting,the level of uranium mining technology has been further improved,the uranium conversion capability has been further consolidated,the development of new generation uranium enrichment equipment has been steadily advanced,the special research project on spent fuel reprocessing has been generally smooth,and the breakthrough in the construction of high-level waste disposal scientific research capacity has been achieved. The nuclear fuel cycle industry providing solid foundation for the development of nuclear power.
