发展核能对于优化能源结构、建设美丽中国具有重要的意义，是应对全球气候变化、达成减排目标不可或缺的选择途径。“十四五”时期是我国核能产业发展的重要战略机遇期。2019年，我国在运核电规模持续增长，在建核电工程稳步推进。截至2019年年底，我国在运核电机组达到47台，装机容量达到4875万千瓦，规模位列全球第三；在建核电机组为13台，装机容量达到1387万千瓦，规模位列全球第一。本报告从2019年我国商运核电机组数量、装机容量、累积商运时间、核能发电量、核电设备利用小时数、在运核电机组WANO性能指标、核电工程建设情况等方面，对我国核电生产运行与工程建设现状进行描述。
The development of nuclear energy is significant for optimizing our energy structure，building a beautiful China and a strategic choice for tackling global climate change. The 14th Five-Year Plan period is an important period of strategic opportunities for the development of the nuclear energy industry. In 2019，the scale of nuclear power units in commercial operation continues to grow，and the nuclear power units under construction advance steadily. By the end of 2019，China had 47 nuclear power units in commercial operation with installed capacity of 48715 MWe，ranking third in the world；13 units under construction with installed capacity of 13871 MWe，ranking first in the world. The report will describe the current situation of nuclear power production operation and construction management in China in terms of the number and installed capacity of nuclear power units，the cumulative operating time of nuclear power equipment，the WANO performance indicators for nuclear power units，and the general situation of construction projects.
