2020年新冠肺炎疫情暴发,为有效防控疫情,政府采取了严格的社交隔离措施,线下消费和商业活动受到冲击。疫情防控形势向好后,为了加快商业复苏,上海首创大规模消费节庆活动“五五购物节”,在全面促进消费回补的基础上,大力培育和发展与疫情防控形势相适应的消费新业态、新模式,不仅起到了扩内需、稳就业的积极效果,而且在引导消费回流、促进消费升级方面发挥了重要作用,充分发挥了上海作为国内大循环中心节点、国内国际双循环战略链接的重要功能。未来,上海将把“五五购物节”进一步打造成“上海购物”品牌的标志性活动,更好地服务于国际消费城市建设。
In 2020,the Covid-19 epidemic has broken out. In order to prevent the spread of the epidemic,the government has adopted strict social isolation measures which hit offline consumption and business activities. As the epidemic prevention and control situation tends to be steady,in order to speed up the recovery of business,Shanghai initiates a large-scale consumption festival ‘May 5 Shopping Festival’. In addition to comprehensive boosting consumption replenishment,vigorously cultivating and developing emerging consumption forms and models in adaption to the situation of epidemic prevention and control has not only positive effects on domestic demand expansion and employment stabilization,but also has played a positive role in guiding consumption reflow and promoting consumption upgrading,which has given fully play to the functions of Shanghai as the central node of domestic circulation and strategic link of domestic and international dual circulation. In future,Shanghai will further make the ‘May 5 Shopping Festival’ into a representative activity of ‘Shanghai Shopping’ brand to better serve the establishment of international consumption city.
