Czech culture maintained its steady development in the year of 2019. The Czech government attaches great importance to strengthening the protection of cultural heritage and traditional folk culture，promoting the innovation of literary and artistic creation and cultural dissemination，as well as improving legislation on intellectual property protection. It has also actively engaged in cooperation with international organizations and other countries to enhance its cultural reputation. In the context of Belt and Road Initiative and the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Czech Republic，the bilateral cultural exchanges have become more extensive.
