通过构建长江经济带科技创新驱动力指标评价体系,并基于AHP-EVM模型设置主客观综合指标权重,得到科技创新驱动力综合指标,科技创新投入、科技创新载体、科技创新产出、科技创新绩效4个一级指标,以及10个二级指标得分,全面系统地评价了长江经济带110个城市的科技创新驱动力状况。结果表明,以上海、南京、武汉、苏州、杭州等城市为长江经济带科技创新核心驱动力的格局已趋于稳定,成都、重庆、南昌、贵阳等中西部中心城市的排名均有所提升。
By constructing the evaluation system of the scientific and technological innovation driving force index(S&T IDFI)in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and setting the weight of the subjective-objective comprehensive index based on the AHP-EVM model,this paper obtain the comprehensive index of the S&T IDFI,the input of S&T innovation,the carrier of S&T innovation,the output of S&T innovation,the performance of S&T innovation,and the score of 10 secondary indicators,and comprehensively and systematically evaluate the S&T IDFI in 110 cities of the Yangtze Economic Belt. The results show that the pattern of Shanghai,Nanjing,Wuhan,Suzhou,Hangzhou and other cities as the S&T innovation hubs in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has stabilized,and the ranking of central cities in the central and western regions such as Chengdu,Chongqing,Nanchang and Guiyang has been improved.
